Playing tracks using x-DJ

x-DJ uses Sony's 12 Tone Analysis to analyze the characteristics of tracks that have been recorded or
imported to the HDD Jukebox and categorizes them into 27 channels. You can use x-DJ to play tracks
that correspond to a particular mood or time of day; for example, wake up tracks that play in the
morning, tracks that make you relax, or tracks that raise your spirits. From those channels, you can jump
to the additional channels of ARTIST, YEAR, MOOD and ALBUM by using a function called "Music
Surfin' ".
The analysis is performed while the unit is in standby mode. While the unit is analyzing, the On/Standby
indicator lights up orange and the illumination panel slowly flashes.
It takes about 15 minutes for the unit to analyze a 60-minute album.
Notes
 Make sure not to disconnect the power cord while the unit is analyzing the recording contents. If you do, a
malfunction may occur.
 If the HDD Jukebox contains a large number of unanalyzed music tracks, then analysis may take a long time.
