 SLEEP and TIMER buttons
 SLEEP button
Use to make or confirm the sleep timer setting
(page 95).
 TIMER button
Use to set the timer (pages 96 to 99).
 DIMMER button
Sets the brightness of the display.
 / (power) button
Turns the power on or off. When you turn the
power off, the unit automatically starts analyzing
music data (page 45). During this time, the
illumination panel slowly flashes. To cancel the
analysis and turn off the power immediately, press
the  button.
 Function Select buttons*
Use to select the function directly. During
standby mode, these buttons turn on the unit and
start playback at the same time.
 HDD button (page 41)
 CD button (page 51)
 FM/AM button (page 54)
 AUDIO IN button (page 59) (models except the
UK model)
 DMPORT button (page 58)
 DAB button (page 54) (UK model only)
 PARTY button
Use to activate or enter PARTY MODE (page 91).
 HDD REC buttons
Use for recording to the HDD Jukebox.
 HDD REC  (start recording) button (page 33)
 HDD REC  (pause recording) button (page

function as those with the same name on the models except the
