Connect the supplied wireless
adaptor to the USB port on the unit.

Rear of the unit
Use the supplied USB extension cable to connect the wireless
adaptor to the USB port on the rear of the unit.

Enter the Settings menu and select
[Network setting].

Select [Manual setting].

Select [LAN] – [Wireless].

Select [Wireless LAN setting].

Select [Access point setting]
– [Automatic setting: AOSS].
Follow the instructions that appear in the
display. When you are instructed to press
the AOSS button, press and hold the AOSS
button on the access point until the AOSS or
the SECURITY indicator flashes. The access
point will then be automatically set.

Select [Save].

Select [Close].
The wireless network settings are completed.

To confirm if the unit is connected to
the network
Select [Check connections] in the network setting
display.

network, check the access point setting and IP
compatible wireless
address setting ("Confirming and changing the
LAN access point
network settings" on page 81).
Searching the access point and
setting up the wireless network
When using the supplied wireless adaptor and an
AOSS-incompatible wireless LAN access point,
you will need to set up the wireless network
either manually or by searching the access point.
Automatic setup is not supported.
Prepare the access point in advance. For details,
refer to the operation manual of the access
point.
