To check the server settings
When a client cannot connect to the unit, check
the unit's server settings.

Enter the Settings menu and select [Server
setting].

When [Server function] is set to [Stop],
select [Start] from the pull-down menu.
To change the server name
Select [Server name] and enter the new name
in the text input display.
To disable automatic connection by
clients
When [Auto permit to connect] is set to
[Execute], audio data in the unit may be
played by a third party. To disable automatic
connection by clients, set this parameter to
[Not execute].

Select [Close].
To set the connection status of a
client
Access to the unit can be allowed or disallowed
for specific clients.

Enter the Settings menu and select [Server
setting].

Select [Manual setting].

Select the client and select [Permit] or
[Reject].
Repeat this step to set other clients.

To register a client manually
When the unit is unable to recognize a client
automatically, you can register the client
manually.
For details on the MAC address, refer to the
operating manual of the client.

Enter the Settings menu and select [Server
setting].

Select [Manual setting].
A list of connectable clients appears.

Select [Add device].

Select [MAC address], enter the address,
and then press ENTER.
The MAC address should consist of 12
characters (0 to 9 and A to F).
To change a client's name
Select [Device name] and enter the new name.
