Enter the Options menu and select [Edit]
– [Add to playlist].
Make sure that all the tracks to be registered
are checked
.
If you want to register multiple items, select
and check each one.

Select [Enter].

Select the playlist to which you want the
tracks to be registered.
A confirmation window appears.

Select [Yes].
The selected tracks are registered to the
specified playlist.
Note
Only tracks in the same album or group can be
registered at the same time.
Tip
You can register tracks in the Favorites channel of the
x-DJ function to a playlist. For details, see page 50.
Playing audio data in different
listing modes
You can list and select tracks in the HDD Jukebox
in various ways (by album, artist, etc.).

Select the HDD JUKEBOX function.

Press  repeatedly to select
"Mode" directory, and then select
the desired listing mode.
Listing

Album
Plays tracks of the selected
album.
Artist
Plays tracks of the selected
artist.
* For the UK model only
Listing

Genre
Plays tracks of the selected
genre, such as classics or
jazz.
Recording
Plays tracks recorded from
source
a selected recording source,
such as a CD or the radio.
Folder
Plays tracks in a selected
folder, such as My library
or a newly created folders/
groups.
Playlist
Plays a selected playlist of
your favorite tracks.

Listing the contents of radio or DAB*
recordings (recorded with "Track
mark" set to "Auto")
When listing by "Album" or "Recording source":
The recording (from beginning to end) is
displayed as one album, with the music and talk
segments displayed as individual tracks.
When listing by "Artist" or "Genre":
All music contents are displayed as one album
and all talk contents are displayed as another
album, with their respective music segments and
talk segments displayed individually as tracks.
Notes
 All tracks may not appear, depending on the listing
mode.
 If a CD contains tracks of multiple artists, the tracks
of each artist are displayed as a separate album when
listed by artist or genre.
