4.10 Electrical connection

CAUTION - HIGH VOLTAGE
Danger!
The electrical connection should only
be made by a specialized firm. The
applicable VDE and DIN norms and the
requirements of the local power supply
company should be observed.
DANGER
Incorrect or improperly installed fuses
can lead to an increased risk of fire! For
that reason always position fuses
correctly and insert without applying
force. Only use identically constructed
types with the indicated triggering
characteristics.
4.10.1 Connection to mains
●
Remove the cover plate on top of the control
cabinet and install building-side cable guide for the
power supply power cord.
●
Connect the mains power cable and possibly the
PE-N bridge in the module control panel as shown
in the circuit diagram.
●
If necessary, install the power cable in cable
conduits outside the cable ducts.
●
Do not route cables over objects with sharp edges.
●
Do not kink the cable
●
Do not pull at the cable.
●
Install the cable to avoid trip hazard.
●
Install the cable to exclude damage of the cable.
4.10.2 Connection to buyer's consumers
●
Feed the power cable, incl. LAN cable (on-site
service) through the cable guide on the top of the
control cabinet.
●
Electrical loads in the peripheral connection system
hook up to the module controller and are ready for
operation when connected in accordance with the
terminal overview.
●
For guidelines concerning the dimensioning of
cables and fusing by buyer, cf. page 12 Tab. 5
"block-type thermal power plant Module

All cables to be adapted to
VDE directives VDE 0100-520 and
VDE 0298-4 as well as the
requirements of the local power supply
company. The electrical installation firm
doing the work is responsible for this.
