Code
Control box supports voltage
132
control only and fusion specified
is not voltage control.
The fitting was disconnected
138
before the specified countdown
time elapsed.
The fusion was shutoff to
protect the processor from
140
damage due to extremely high
fusion current.
The ambient temperature is too
141
low to fuse fittings of this type.
The processor believes that the
142
same fitting was fused twice.
The fitting was disconnected
143
before the specified heat soak
time was observed.
The output is cycling and cannot
144
be controlled to the requested
level.
There is an error communicating
145
with the USB Flash Drive.
No zero crossing detected
149
during fusion.
Problem
Not all control boxes support current or energy control. Attach
a fitting that requires voltage control or contact an authorized
representative (See page 19) to see if an update is available for
your processor.
Do not disconnect the fitting before the manufacturer's
recommended countdown time has expired.
This is typically caused when a direct short is made across the
Output Lead Ends. If there are no obvious problems with the
fitting or the output cable, then the processor will need to be
returned for service.
Same as error 101.
Do not fuse a fitting more than two (2) times unless directed so
by the fitting manufacturer.
Do not disconnect the fitting before the manufacturer's
recommended heat soak time has expired.
This is more than likely caused by a fluctuating power supply.
Eliminate all extension cords and ensure that the processor is
the only device operating on the circuit.
Be sure the drive is formatted as FAT or FAT32 with a cluster
size of 512 bytes.
A problem has been detected with the output circuit in the
processor. The unit must be returned to the manufacturer for
service.
