Data Stored

The following data is stored for each fusion that the processor performs. Depending on the processor model,
data stored in the processor can be downloaded to a USB Flash drive or wirelessly via Bluetooth with the EF
Utilities app.

Description
The serial number of the unit.
The fusion number.
Date and time the fusion was performed.
The date that the calibration is due.
TRUE if the calibration date was expired when the fusion was completed.
The firmware version of the processor loaded when the fusion was performed.
The resulting error code.
The mode used for entering the fusion parameters.
The fitting manufacturer type and size.
The requested fusion output voltage.
The ambient temperature at the time of the fusion.
The requested fusion time.
The fusion time after temperature compensation was applied.
The actual time the fitting was fused.
The resistance of the fitting specified in the barcode.
The specified resistance tolerance.
The actual measured resistance of the fitting before the fusion.
The actual measured resistance of the fitting after the fusion.
The cooling time of the fitting specified in the barcode.
The measured value of the ID Resistor for ID Resistance fusions.
The measured generator voltage taken before the fusion.
The highest measured generator voltage during the fusion.
The lowest measured generator voltage during the fusion.
The type of supply waveform identified during the fusion (Sine or Square).
The measured generator frequency made before the fusion started.
The highest measured generator frequency during the fusion.
The lowest measured generator frequency during the fusion.
The lowest measured output voltage during the fusion.
The highest measured output voltage during the fusion.
The lowest measured output current during the fusion.
The highest measured output current during the fusion.
The total number of Amp-Hours expended during the fusion.
The GPS latitude and longitude at the time of the fusion.
The number of satellites used when determining the GPS fix.
The GPS signal quality 0=no good, 1=GPS, 2=DGPS.
GPS Horizontal Dilution of Precision
The operator ID code if enabled.
The pipe/fitting traceability codes if enabled.
