Two sides of a single-pole, double-throw relay; ready is signaled by the
contacts opening (Pins 5 & 6), or by contacts closing (Pins 5 & 9). Ready
occurs when the following conditions are met:

The HP 5890 is not in a run.
C
The oven is both on and at setpoint.
C
Oven
EQUIB TIME

All heated zones that are on are at setpoint.
C
All detectors assigned to output channel(s) are on.
C
If INET is used, other devices on the loop signal ready.
C
No FAULT:s have occurred.
Relay contacts are rated at 3 W, 0.25 A, 28 V dc maximum resistive load
only; 1.2 msec bounce.
Two sides of a normally open relay. Contacts are pulsed closed for
50 msec to signal start run when either of the following occurs:

If Pins 3 & 4 (Remote Configuration In) are not connected, the relay is
pulsed when
START
C
If Pins 3 & 4 (Remote Configuration In) are connected, the relay is
pulsed when the oven temperature program starts.
Relay contacts are rated at 10 W, 0.5 A, 200 V dc maximum resistive load
only; 0.4 msec bounce.
Ground pin.
TTL input; expects a relay closure (connecting Pins 11 & 12) by an exter-
nal device if the device is not ready.

If a not ready closure is read, the HP 5890 NOT READY LED is lit and
a display
is generated. The NOT READY condition is also reported to the INET
system (if used).

The external device is assumed to be ready when the closure is
removed (disconnecting Pins 11 & 12).
