TP-4723701-U
MAY 2021
Meaning
Switch outputs are O.K.,
but show wrong polarity
for closed state
No successful poll /
response
communication for
250ms
Internal state machine
logic has detected an
invalid state transition.
Firmware logic error
Initiate input has
remained active for 5
seconds. Input is stuck,
or has been hot-wired
Memory Error
During decline, the Base
board senses actuator
current. After the "Near
0°" sensor is detected, it
is expecting to see the
current level rise before
it stops. This error
indicates the sensed
current has stopped
before nesting
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Root Issue
Well cover open or
wiring error. System is
expecting the well cover
to be closed at power-up
Defective processor on
the board
1. Unit is in NFPA mode
and connected to a Non-
NFPA J-box. (Note: if the
unit is in Non-NFPA
mode and connected to
an NFPA junction box,
the unit will look normal
(UP led on HHRC on),
but will not respond to
the HHRC. The software
is expecting to see the
init signal always on. No
error message is
generated).
2. Wiring short in the
control cable or
defective switch/wiring
Memory Error
If it occurs near the
nested position:
Actuator has reached its
internal stop before
nesting completed, most
likely saddle too low or
saddle not secured
causing sideways
movement when nesting
