3.2 System Startup/Shutdown and
Image Reading (CR Console)
The startup and shutdown of the FCR XC-1 (CR-IR 355RU) is performed under the control of the CR
Console's power ON/OFF switch.
To start up only the FCR XC-1 (CR-IR 355RU), use the procedure described in [3.3 Starting Up/Shutting
Down the FCR XC-1 Main Unit].
In sections coming hereafter where the system operation is explained, the "FCR XC-1 (CR-IR 355RU)"
is expressed simply as "FCR XC-1."

3.2.1 Starting Up the System

Confirm that the POWER lamp on the
FCR XC-1's operation panel is on.
If the POWER lamp is not lit, turn the Power ON
Switch.

Firstly, press the power ON/OFF switch of
the console's monitor, and secondly press
the power ON/OFF switch of the console
itself.
Turn ON the monitor ahead of the console itself.
If you do it the other way round, the touch panel
may not respond.
You are, therefore, recommended to keep the
monitor ON during the day.

POWER lamp
The console's application software starts.
When the console starts, the "Patient Information
Input" window appears.
