Instructions on machine transport
Transporting stators in the housing

NOTICE
Installed components (e.g., KTY84, encoder) may contain
electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD).
Observe the ESD safety measures.
WARNING
Only use hoisting gear suited for the weight of the motors.
Use the eyebolts provided on the housing to lift the stator
with housing. Check the tight fit of the eyebolts before each
use.
Never walk under hanging loads.
Use suitable protective equipment and protective clothing
during transport, and wear safety shoes.
Do not lift or move the motor at the cable strand.
Remove
commissioning and keep them.
Please comply with DIN 580 on the transport of motors using
lifting eyebolts. Non-observance of the information in this
standard can cause overstress to the lifting eyebolts and result in
personal injury and/or product damage.
Stators with housing have one or two eyebolts on the top of the housing for
transport, depending on the stator size or length. Use these eyebolts to lift
and position the stators.
