WARNING
Life parts are dangerous.
Do not open any covers or flange sockets during operation.
Do not connect or disconnect plug-connectors and connec‐
tion clamps.
WARNING
Do not remove covers, machine parts or protective devices
during operation.
Do not enter the motion area of the machine. Prevent per‐
sonnel from accidentally entering the machine's range of mo‐
tion by using, for example:
●
Safety fences, safety screens or protective covers.
●
Light barrier
CAUTION
Do not touch hot motor surfaces.
Install protection against contact, if necessary.
Make sure that no temperature-sensitive components (ca‐
bles, electronic components, ...) touch hot surfaces.
The motor can be operated only after installation into a machine.
For start up, please observe the documentation of all system
components. For detailed start up procedure of the motors refer
to the MBT project planning manual

Prior to commissioning, ensure that the following requirements are met.

Make sure that the motor cooling as well as the motor are mechanically
and electrically connected correctly.
●
Ensure that the motor and all participating components of the drive are
undamaged and functional (e.g. encoder, cooling, brake, ...).
●
Make sure that the axis can rotate freely over the complete rotation
range.
●
