Function key 10: Actual settings

All the current climate settings are found at this function key. These settings have been made at the function key
concerned. At the start of a new phase the phase pre-settings are copied to the actual settings. The controller
uses these actual settings to control the tunnel.
The values apply per phase: they also appear in the phase pre-settings.
