Names and Functions of Parts

This section describes the names of the server parts.

Front View

(1) Front Bezel
The cover to protect the front of the server. This cover can
be locked with the provided Bezel Lock Key.
(2) Key Slot
The slot for Bezel Lock Key that is used to lock Front Bezel.
(3) Stabilizers
Open stabilizers to fix the server to installation site.
(4) LINK/ACT LED (green)
This LED turns on when the server is connected to the
network.
The LED of (4)-1 means LAN1 and (4)-2 means LAN2.
(5) DISK Access LED (green/amber)
This LED lights green when the internal HDD or ODD are
being accessed.
An amber light turns on if a HDD is broken, and a light
flashes green and amber alternately when a HDD is being
rebuilt. (RAID System only)

(6) STATUS LED (green/amber)
This LED indicates the server status. It lights green when
the server is operating normally. This LED flashes green
when a degeneration is detected in redundant hardware
configuration. If a failure is detected, it turns on or flashes
amber.
(7) POWER LED (green)
This LED lights green when the power is ON. This LED
lights amber when power cord is connected to power outlet
until the system becomes ready to power-on.
(8) POWER Switch
The switch to turn the server on and off. Press once to turn
on the server. POWER LED lights when it is on. Press it
again to turn off the server. Hold down the switch for 4
seconds or more to forcibly turn off the server.
