10.3 Changing ON_OFF_CONFIG

Changing the On/Off Config prompts a pop-up window with details of the options shown in
pop-up gives multiple options on what turns on and off power conversion. By default, the TPS546B24A is
configured to CONTROL Pin Only. This is the EN/UVLO pin.
