Possible causes/consequences and
* There is too little fuel in the fuel tank. The stationary heater cannot be switched on.
Refuel the vehicle.

* The on-board electrical system voltage is too low.
The stationary heater has switched itself off.
Drive for an extended period until the battery has reached a sufficient charge level again.

* The soft top is not locked. If you drive at speeds of more than 60 km/h you cannot open or close the soft top.
