E.7 Epicyclic reduction gear
Some of the following pictures could not show exactly
your axle, but the procedure is the same.
Recuperare tutti i componenti del gruppo riduttore
epicicloidale.
Nota: Fare attenzione ai rullini.
Collect all the components of the epicyclic reduction gear.
Note: Be careful to the rollers.
Posizionare su un banco di lavoro il treno porta satelliti.
Inserire nei perni del treno portasatelliti: la rondella di
rasamento inferiore, i satelliti epicicloidali, i rullini e le due
ralle superiori.
Nota: verificare il corretto posizionamento della prima ralla
superiore nell'apposito perno d'arresto.
Montare le relative viti di arresto, serrandole con chiave
dinamometrica alla coppia prevista (Sez.B.8).
Position the planetary carrier on a workbench.
Insert the thrust washer, the planetary gear, the needle
bearings and the two upper trust washers in the planetary
carrier pins.
Note: check correct positioning of first upper trust washer in
the lock pin.
Assemble the retaining screw, then tighten the screws with
dynamometric wrench to the requested torque (Sec. B.8).
Inserire un nuovo anello O-Ring sul mozzo ruota.
Montare il gruppo riduttore epicicloidale sul mozzo ruota.

dinamometrica alla coppia prevista (Sez. B.8).
Assemble a new O-ring on the wheel hub.
Assemble the epicyclic reduction gear on the wheel hub.
S c r e w i n t h e f a s t e n i n g s c r e w s a n d t i g h t e n w i t h
dynamometric wrench to the requested torque (Sec. B.8).
