Maintenance schedule

Start of work
1. Check the argon supply.
2. Diagnosis system - maintenance or
check the number of measurements.
3. Check the water level in the gas-
washing bottle.
4. Check the burn spot.
Measuring procedure
Clean the electrode.
Monthly maintenance work
Change water in gas-washing bottle.
Clean the UV optics light inlet window.
Clean the air optics light inlet window.
Clean the filter mats and replace if
necessary.
As required
iCALizing the measuring device (iCAL)
Replacing the iCALization sample.
Clean spark stand.
Clean/replace the filter insert of the filter
bottle.
Replace the filter bottle.

Tasks to be performed
The min. pressure in the bottle is 10 bar.
Will be specified by the diagnosis system.
Top up/replace, see page 47.
Visual inspection.
Tasks to be performed
Use the small wire brush to clean the
electrode after each spark test.
