Cleaning the UV optics light inlet window

Warning of hazardous voltage!
When the plasma generator is switched on, there is a risk of electric shock if the
electrode is touched.
Shut down the plasma generator when working on the spark stand.

To clean the light inlet window, proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the plasma generator.
2. Loosen the two screws (1) of the
light inlet window (2).
3. Remove the light inlet window.
Direct contact with the

optical surfaces must be
avoided.
4. Unscrew the fixing ring (3) of the
light entry window (2) using the
auxiliary tool (1).
