7.1.5

Procedure for non-reactive modules

If the module no longer reacts, please proceed as follows:
1. Check that there is no dirt on the module surface.
If necessary, clean the module surface, see the document "Dispensing valve operator manual", document no.: TD2004000.
2. Disconnect the base unit from the power supply, see the base unit documentation.
3. Start the base unit up again, see base unit documentation.
The "PGM""(Fig. 50/1) and "WAIT" (Fig. 50/2) indicators light up.
4. Wait until the "PGM" (Fig. 50/1) and "WAIT" (Fig. 50/2) indicators go out.
5. Check whether function has been restored.
The last configured fill times remain stored despite the power supply being cut.
7.2
Configuration of the OptiFill module
The module stores the time intervals that are configured for the top-up times. The top-up times can also be deactivated via the
module. During configuration, the LED indicator flashes. The last configured top-up time is stored when exiting configuration mode.
The configuration mode includes a timed dispensing function, to facilitate setting of the flow regulators.
7.2.1
Configuring the fill times
Prerequisites
The front valve cover has been removed.
1. Call up configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 51/2) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 51/1) lights up.
2. Dispense a beverage; see the document "Dispensing valve operator manual", document no.:
TD2004000.
As soon as the beverage or foam touches the dispensing lever, the dispensing process stops.
The LED indicator (Fig. 51/1) flashes.
3. Remove the cup from the dispensing lever.
This stores a zero value for the top-up delay and prevents a top-up.
The LED indicator (Fig. 51/1) lights up.
The fill time is configured.
4. Exit configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 51/2) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 51/1) goes out.
