7.2.2
Configuring the top-up delay
Prerequisites
The front valve cover has been removed.
1. Call up configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 52/3) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 52/1) lights up.
2. Dispense a beverage; see the document "Dispensing valve operator manual", document no.:
TD2004000.
As soon as the beverage or foam touches the dispensing lever, the dispensing process stops.
The LED indicator (Fig. 52/1) flashes.
3. Press the SET button (Fig. 52/2) when the foam has settled.
Dispensing continues until the beverage or foam touches the dispensing lever.
The LED indicator (Fig. 52/1) lights up.
The top-up delay is configured.
The top-up delay is the time between first and second dispensing.
4. Exit configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 52/3) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 52/1) goes out.
7.2.3
Checking and setting the timed dispensing function
The module has a timed dispensing function. The dispensing function helps set the flow rate.
Prerequisites
The front valve cover has been removed.
1. Call up configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 53/3) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 53/1) lights up.
2. Place a measuring cup under the dispensing nozzle.
Make sure that the measuring cup does not touch the dispensing lever.
3. Press the SET button (Fig. 53/2).
The valve is opened for 2 seconds.
4. Divide the dispensed liquid by two.

If the flow rate is correct, continue with Step 5.

If the flow rate is not correct, adjust the valve (water), see chapter 7.3 and repeat the process.

5. Exit configuration mode by pressing the program button (Fig. 53/3) for 3 seconds.
The LED indicator (Fig. 53/1) goes out.

Adjusting the valves
Prerequisites
The rear valve cover has been removed.
1. Set the amount of carbonated water to the required flow rate.
2. To increase the flow rate, turn the flow valve (Fig. 54/1) 1/4 turn clockwise.
3. Set the amount of syrup to the required flow rate.
4. To increase the flow rate, turn the flow valve (Fig. 54/2) 1/4 turn anti-clockwise.
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the rear valve cover, see chapter 6.2.
