Replacing the dispensing lever

Prerequisites
The dispensing valve has been removed.
UFB1 OptiFill: The OptiFill module has been removed.
Spare parts
UFB1 dispensing lever: Lever (sanitary)
UFB1 OptiFill: Lever
NOTICE!
The procedure for replacing the dispensing lever for the dispensing valve UFB1 dispensing lever and the dis-
pensing valve UFB1 OptiFill are exactly the same.
Replacement of the dispensing lever is described here analogously using an example.
1. Remove the base plate (Fig. 40/3) of the dispensing valve by pushing the two side tabs (Fig.
40/1) apart and carefully pulling the base plate (Fig. 40/3) forwards and downwards from the
valve body (Fig. 40/2).
2. Pull the dispensing lever (Fig. 41/1) upwards out of the base plate (Fig. 41/2).
3. Insert the new dispensing lever (Fig. 41/1) into the base plate (Fig. 41/2) from above.
4. Fasten the base plate (Fig. 40/3) of the dispensing valve by inserting the base plate (Fig. 40/
3) with the rear tabs into the valve body (Fig. 40/2) and carefully pushing the base plate (Fig.
40/3) upwards until the side tabs (Fig. 40/1) engage.
Finishing tasks
1. Only on UFB1 OptiFill: Mount the OptiFill module, see chapter 6.4.
2. Mount the dispensing valve, see chapter 4.1.

Replacing the soda lever

Prerequisites
The dispensing valve has been removed.
Spare parts
Soda lever
1. Remove the soda lever, see chapter 4.4.
2. Mount the soda lever, see chapter 4.3.
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the dispensing valve, see chapter 4.1.
