Replacing the rear valve cover

Prerequisites
The front valve cover has been removed.
Spare parts
UFB1 portion control: Valve cover rear
UFB1 push button: Valve cover rear
UFB1 dispensing lever: Valve cover rear
UFB1 OptiFill: Valve cover rear
NOTICE!
The replacement procedure for the rear valve cover is exactly the same on the dispensing valves UFB1.
Replacement is described here analogously using an example.
1. Push the rear valve cover (Fig. 22/1) forwards and lift the rear valve cover (Fig. 22/1) upwards.
2. Position the new rear valve cover (Fig. 23/1) on the dispensing valve from above.
3. Push the rear valve cover (Fig. 23/1) backwards onto the dispensing valve.
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the front valve cover, see chapter 6.1.

Replacing the control panel

Prerequisites
The rear valve cover has been removed.
Spare parts
UFB1 portion control: Control panel
UFB1 push button: Control panel
NOTICE!
The replacement procedure for the control panel is exactly the same on the dispensing valves UFB1.
Replacement is described here analogously using an example.
1. Disconnect the plug (Fig. 24/1) of the control panel (Fig. 24/3).
2. Disconnect the electrical cables (Fig. 24/2) for the control panel (Fig. 24/3) on the pull-type so-
lenoid (Fig. 24/4).
