Confirm your selection by pressing START.
The display will now prompt you to enter the prefix.

Enter the prefix (max 3 digits) from the numeric keypad and press
START.
The display now shows the first of the two public line dialling
mode parameters (tone or pulse). In this example we choose
tone dialling.
To select one of the two options press > or <.

Press START.
The display proposes the remote start parameter (ON or OFF)
(refer to the relative part of the section RECEPTION). In this
example we choose ON.

Press START.
The display shows the message prompting you to input the multi-
frequency code that you wish to use for the remote start function
(a digit between 0 and 9 and the character * ).

Enter the code of your choice and press START.
The display proposes the parameter for the number of rings (1, 2,
4, 8) emitted by the fax machine on reception of a document. In
our example we choose 1 ring.

this option is not displayed, it is because it is not available in
the country in which the fax machine is to be used.
12.
Press START.
The display now proposes the parameter relative to the pause
time that the fax must use before presetting for document
reception. This is related to the PHONE/FAX reception mode.
During this interval the fax emits an intermittent acoustic signal. In
the example we choose 15 seconds.
