Probable Cause
a. Scraper blades and/or blade clips
are damaged.
b. Missing or worn front bearing on
freezer door.
c. Machine was placed in Auto mode
before all sanitizing solution was
removed from freezing cylinder.
d. The beater assembly is bent/
damaged.
a. Missing or worn drive shaft seal on
drive shaft.
b. The rear shell bearing is worn.
a. Missing or worn draw valve O-ring.
b. Inadequate lubrication of draw
valve O-ring.
c. Wrong type of lubricant is being
used (example: petroleum-based
lubricant).
a. Machine is unplugged.
b. The circuit breaker is off or the fuse
is blown.
c. The beater motor is out on reset.
a. Inadequate level of mix in the mix
hopper.
b. The mix inlet hole is frozen up.
c. The air tube is installed incorrectly.
d. The air orifice is not installed (soft
serve).
Model 632
Remedy
a. Replace scraper blades and/or clips.
b. Install or replace the front bearing.
c. Place machine in Auto mode only
after priming is complete and all
sanitizing solution has been removed.
d. Call a service technician to repair or
replace.
a. Install or replace regularly.
b. Call a service technician to replace
rear shell bearing.
a. Install or replace regularly.
b. Lubricate properly.
c. Use the proper lubricant (example:
Taylor Lube).
a. Plug into wall receptacle.
b. Turn the breaker on, or replace the
fuse.
c. Reset the freezer.
a. Fill the mix hopper with mix.
b. The mix hopper temperature needs
adjustment. Call a service technician.
c. Install the air tube in the mix inlet
hole, using the end with the small
hole in the side.
d. Install the air orifice in the air tube.
