5. Press the WASH key. This causes the sanitizing
solution in the freezing cylinder to agitate. Allow the
solution to agitate for 5 minutes.

6. Place an empty pail beneath the door spout. Raise
the prime plug (soft serve side only).
7. When a steady stream of sanitizing solution flows
from the prime plug opening in the bottom of the
freezer door, open the draw handle. Draw off all the
sanitizing solution.

8. Once the sanitizer stops flowing from the door spout,
close the draw handle and press the WASH key,
cancelling the beater motor operation.
Important! The machine must not be placed in Auto
mode until all sanitizing solution has been removed
from the freezing cylinder and proper priming proce-
dures have been completed. Failure to follow this
instruction may result in damage to the freezing cylin-
der.
Note: You have just sanitized the freezer. Make
sure your hands are sanitized before continuing
these instructions.
9. Stand the air tube in the corner of the hopper.
10. Repeat steps 1 through 9 for the shake side of the
freezer.
