Dial adjustment

Dial adjustment can be used to adjust the dial above or below zero and allows for
adjustments up to 13% of span.
Note
Dial adjustment adjusts the position of the factory dial calibration. It is possible to degrade
the performance of the gauge if the operation is done improperly or inaccurately.
From the HOME screen, enter the Fast Key sequence

4.3.5 Recall factory trim—sensor trim
The recall factory trim—sensor trim command allows the restoration of the as-shipped
factory settings of the sensor trim. This command can be useful for recovering from an
inadvertent zero trim of an absolute pressure unit or inaccurate pressure source.
From the HOME screen, enter the Fast Key sequence

Select 2: Configure.
Select 2: Advanced Setup.
Select 1: Measurements.
Select 1: Dial/Pressure.
Select 1: Verify/Calibrate.
Select 1: Verify/Calibrate Dial+Digital Pressure.
Adjust dial indicator until it points to lower endpoint.
Fine counter-clockwise (0.1% of Span)
Fine clockwise (0.1% of Span)
Coarse counter-clockwise (0.3% of Span)
Coarse clockwise (0.3% of Span)
Select 5: Save Dial.
Select 3: Service Tools.
Select 4: Maintenance.
Select 2: Restore to Default Settings.
Follow the screen prompts to recall sensor and dial trim.
