Wake up Call Time – is displayed if set.
Atypical view of the main screen is shown below. Click on the "Refresh" button to get
fresh data from the unit. If any programming changes are done in the Settings, click on
the "Update the unit" button to send the new parameters to the unit.
Note: The recording of the Mailbox owner's name and the personal greeting may be
done through Touch-tone options only if this feature is enabled by the Administrator.
4.1.1 Open Saved Configuration
Here you are prompted to select an already existing binary file. The selected file is
opened and the parameters may be viewed by selecting the various tabs on the menu
bar.
4.1.2 Import from Unit
If you select this option, the program and user data is imported from the unit through
the Ethernet port or the Serial port as per the selection made in the Communication
Settings.
A progress bar appears in the center of the screen and when the data is imported
successfully, the data may be viewed and modified by clicking on the relevant options.
