B: On both (2618) Front Back Panels attach 1 (2610) Side Joist to the inside of each panel with 2 (H11) 1/4 x
2-3/4" Hex Bolts (with lock washer, flat washer and t-nut) and 4 (S3) #8 x 2-1/2" Wood Screws as shown in fig.
3.4 and 3.5.
