Step 9: Install Ground Stakes
A: In the 5 places shown in fig. 9.1 drive the Rebar Ground Stakes 13" into the ground against outside front corner
of (2622) End Panel Assembly, on both (2607) Diagonals and both (2613) Heavy SW Posts. Be careful not to hit
the washer while hammering stakes into the ground as this could cause the washer to break off.
B: Attach ground stakes using 1 (S7) #12 x 2" Pan Screw per ground stake (fig. 9.2 and 9.3).
C: After driving stakes into the ground, check for sharp edges caused by the impact of the hammer. Smooth any
sharp edges from impact area and touch up with outdoor paint.
