ASSEMBLE AND ATTACH SUPPLY MANIFOLDS
The 112712 Fodder Pro 3.0 system includes two different supply manifolds (Style 1 & Style 2) to deliver water to the fodder trays. Review the diagram below
and those near the end of this guide to better understand manifold locations before you begin manifold assembly.

The pages that follow describe how to assemble and install the manifolds. As shown above, there are four (4) Style 1 and three (3) Style 2 supply manifolds.
Each manifold supplies water to 21 trays. The standard 112712 system is designed to harvest 21 trays each day.
Continue with the procedures that follow to assemble and attach the supply manifolds to the frame.
ATTENTION: During assembly, first attach the manifold trunk to the frame. Position the 106807 pipe hangers as shown to ensure they do not interfere with the
manifold fittings. Identify horizontal manifold branch tube positions and install as noted. Install wire hangers where two separate horizontal branch tubes meet.
In no instances should a tray rest on the wire hanger.
