NOTE: Depending on the floor surface and how plumb the wall is, additional steps and materials may be needed to level and anchor the frame to the wall without disturbing the adjustments.

This will prevent movement and help to maintain the correct spacing once the fodder system is in production.

Failing to complete this procedure may cause the center support arm to drop below the level of the support arms at each end. Uneven water distribution and water flow in the fodder channels may result.

  • Page 25 Assembly Instructions — Install Tray Supports (113157) There are two (2) 113157 tray supports for each fodder tray/channel. Supports are installed between the support arms of the main fodder system frame. At this stage in the assembly, set each pair of 113157 supports in place on the fodder frame. Supports are repositioned after channels are set on the frame and aligned as needed for proper spacing.

Gently grip the manifold near a hanger and push toward the frame to lock the manifold in the hanger.

Before installation, verify that the supports are in the desired position. Install a screw at each end of the support as needed.
