CARTS AND WAGONS CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Periodically check all fasteners to assure they are tight. • Clean the rack using water and mild soap. Rinse with water. REQUIRED TOOLS The following list identifies the main tools needed for assembly. To safely assemble the rack, two (2) individuals are needed. -

CARTS AND WAGONS RAFTER ASSEMBLY To better align the rack, do not fully #3 Pipe tighten the bolts until the entire rack is assembled. Position pipes so the countersunk hole is to the outside for bolt installation. Long Bolt & On a flat surface, assemble one end #8 Pipe Washer... - Page 4 CARTS AND WAGONS INSTALL CROSS PIPES With assistance, stand the assembled frame ends and attach the five (5) #4 Pipes using two (2) medium bolts and two (2) washers for Medium Bolt & each. Washer Repeat for the #5 Pipe in the middle of the rack to secure the #6 Pipes together.
