Installing Software & Setting Networking Configurables
The optional Backup Configuration option of the Aurorean Policy Manager
lets you save your just-completed ANG configuration to a local/network site
or a floppy disk. The configuration file created by this backup process is
compressed in a WinZip file as a Unix tar file (config.gz) which bundles
the auser.irx, group.irx and config.irx files.
Perform the steps below to back up the configuration.

1 Click on the General main menu option.
The Backup Configuration button appears as shown in the lower
right corner of Figure 87.

2 Click Backup Configuration.
A message appears noting the configuration was saved.
