Preset Programs
There are several programs available to help add structure and variety to your
exercise program. These programs are grouped into 4 basic groups, Weight Loss,
Sport Training, Healthy Living and Custom. All but the Custom Programs follow
the steps below:
1.
Select a program group by touching the group on the touch screen. By
default Weight Loss is selected.
2.
Select a program within the selected group by touching the desired program
and press next.
3.
Select Speed or Incline Mode – You can choose to run each program in either
Speed or Incline mode. Simply touch speed or incline to select and press next
4.
Set Program Level – There are 3 levels of intensity with each preset program
(1 being the easiest and 3 being the most difficult). Simply touch the desired
intensity level and press next
5.
Set Time – Set the program Time of your workout. Use the touch screen to
adjust the desired workout time and press next.
6.
Set Weight and age – Set your Weight for a more accurate calorie calculation.
Also, set your age for heart rate calculations and press next.
7.
Press Start to begin workout.
