K. Sync Data – Allows the user to sync their workout data with the LifeSpan
Fitness App.
1. Download the LifeSpan Fitness app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in to the app
3. Press the Sync Data button
4. Hold your phone next to the console
5. The work out data will sync to the App and the console will reset to the
home screen
