If it becomes necessary to change the memory card once it becomes nearly full, it
is possible to copy patient ID information that is already registered on the old card
to the new card.
Only the ID information will be copied. The measurement results will not be copied.
Enter the Setup screen. (Refer to page 57 for details on "How to change the Setup".)

Move the [ ] cursor to [MEMORY CARD] under the
menu column and press the SET or [
move the [ ] cursor to "SETTING LIST".

How to eject and replace the memory card
1 Move the
cursor to [EJECT MEMORY CARD]. [Fig.2]

2 Press the SET button.
The confirmation message [Copy ID DATA to another memory
card?] is displayed. [Fig. 3]
3 If you want to transfer the stored data to the next card
inserted, press the F2 key [Yes].
* The message [Push eject button, remove the memory card
and insert a new memory card.] will be displayed.
If not copying, press the F3 key [No].
* The message [Memory card can now be ejected.] will be
displayed.
4 Press the eject button on the right side of the main unit.
It will unlock and eject the card.
5 Insert a new memory card. [Fig. 4]
If you selected copy above, using the F2 key [YES], the message
[Now copying ID DATA. Do not touch memory card.] will be
displayed.
* If the inserted memory card already has finished saving data,
the confirmation message [Data is already saved on this
memory card. Do you still want to format it?] will be
displayed. To format the card, press the F2 key [YES]; to skip
formatting, press the F1 key [CANCEL].
Even if it is not necessary to copy ID information, be sure to execute the [Eject memory card] procedure
before removing the card, or take the card out after the device has been turned off. If a card is removed
improperly, the next card inserted will not be recognized. It can also cause data corruption.
6 Press the F1 key to return to the default screen.
