When you are sent the certificate by the certificate signing authority you want to use; you
need to go back to the "SSL" tab and upload it.

Once you upload your certificate, private key file, and certificate chain files, select "Upload
and Reboot Later" (you still have some work to do). You will be back at the SSL tab and you
need to enable SSL and enter the domain that matches your certificate:
Click Apply, then click "Apply and Reboot Now"
