4. Troubleshooting
Descriptions and Solutions
There is no work area for image processing.
Try installing an SDRAM module or lowering the data sent.
When installing the SDRAM module, contact your service rep-
resentative.
Try installing an SDRAM module or make the size setting
smaller. When installing the SDRAM module, contact your
service representative.
Reconfigure the set values of the regional settings in the print-
ing conditions, or other set values, in the configuration range.
Delete unnecessary forms or registered fonts.
Printing canceled by the autojob cancel.
Printing canceled by pressing [Job Cancel] on the machine's con-
trol panel.
When the priority memory configuration is set to [User Priority],
set it to [Page Priority]. Lower the resolution as well as the send-
ing data in the driver configuration.
Try installing an SDRAM Module. When doing this, contact
your service representative.
There is the possibility that the printer driver is not adjusted to
the machine. Use a printer driver that matches the emulation se-
lected or the printer model.
There is also the possibility that a fault can occur between the
printer and the computer.
Make sure that both are correctly connected.
Try installing an SDRAM module or lowering transmission da-
ta. When installing an SDRAM module, contact the service rep-
resentative.
Correctly insert the Option Expansion Font Card and correct the
Font Selection Program. Also, make sure to correct the transmis-
sion data.
Correct the parameters to select the existing fonts.
Try installing an SDRAM module. When doing this, contact
your service representative.
Restart the machine. If this message reappears, contact your
service representative.
