Descriptions and Solutions
Delete unnecessary files registered in the machine. Also, lower
the size of sample or locked print files.
Delete unnecessary fonts or forms registered in the machine.
The machine is in Hex Dump Mode.Wait for a while. If the "Hex
Dump Mode" message does not change, on the Display panel
press {Online} to return to the " Ready " condition.
The hole punch receptacle is full. Please empty the receptacle.
The LCT is malfunctioning. Turn the main power off to the ma-
chine and after 5 seconds turn the power on again. If the same
message appears again, contact your service representative.
There is no paper left in this tray.
Load paper into the tray indicated.
Please set the correct parameters.
Check the printer driver memory configuration.
The content of the NV-RAM is damaged. Replace the NV-RAM.
For replacement, contact your service representative.
