Printing with the Operation Panel

Click the [Details...] button.

In the [User ID:] box, type a User ID of up to eight alphanumeric characters.
Note
This is used to identify the user associated with a job.
The User ID can consist of up to eight alphanumeric(a-z,A-Z,0-9) charac-
ters.

In the [Password:] box, type a password up to four digits.

Click [OK].

After making all desired settings, click [OK].

Start printing from the application's print dialog box.
The locked print job is sent to the machine.
Limitation
Files that are not stored will be registered in the error log. Files will not be
stored in the machine:
• When the number of both Sample printed and Locked printed files total
30 storages in the machine, a file sent as number 31 will not be stored.
• When sent files go over 1,100 pages when matched with the total page
number of the files stored in the machine. However, the maximum limit
of 1,100 pages will become smaller, when the machine is used with oth-
er functions such as the copier or scanner at the same time.
