Printing with the Operation Panel
Accessing the Document Box from the Printer Properties

On the [File] menu of the application you use, click [Print].
The [Print] dialog box appears.

Select the printer you want to use in the [Menu] list box, and then click [Prop-
erties].
The [Printer Properties] dialog box appears.

In the [Setup] tab, select the [Document Box] in the [Job Type:] list box.

Enter [User ID:] up to eight alphanumeric characters.

Enter the [Password] up to four digits, and [File Name] up to eight alphanu-
meric characters in the [Statistics] tab.

Press [OK].
