Trouble shooting

Problem
Engine does not work
Engine is running, but VM does not
run
Acelerater leaver is loose
Handbreak does not work
VM-301-PAVERMAX does not start
Arm can not be lifted

Possible reason
●
Seat switch is active
●
Not enough friction
stop nut is loose
●
The brake lining is worn
●
The rope of the hand break is
loose
●
Main switch is not in position
●
A fuse is defect
●
Battery is defect
●
No fuel in the tank
●
No pre-heating
●
Hydraulic system is not tight.
●
Not enough hydraulic pressure

Repair
Refer to operation manual for
Kubota engine
Press one time the reset button
(horn button)
●
Tighten stop nut
●
Replace the brake lining
●
Adjust the hand break
●
Put the main switch in the right
position
●
Check all fuses
●
Check the battery
●
Refuel the VM-301-PAVERMAX
●
Pre-heat, then start
●
Check the hydraulic system
●
Put the accelerator minimum in
½ power position
●
Check oil level.
