PSoC 5LP based KitProg3 (U2)

An onboard PSoC 5LP (CY8C5868LTI-LP039) device is used as KitProg3 to program and debug the
PSoC 64 device. The PSoC 5LP device connects to the USB port of the PC through a USB
connector and to the SWD and other communication interfaces of the PSoC 64 device.
The PSoC 5LP device is a true system-level solution providing MCU, memory, analog, and digital
