Verify ac input voltages
Verify the voltage between neutral and ground
Verify dc voltage at battery cabinet switch
Verify that appropriate ac fuses are present
Verify that appropriate dc fuses are present
Verify that fast-acting fuses (semiconductor
fuses) are in place between the UPS and the
battery set(s).
Verify that neutral is always connected
Verify that mains ac power CBs are in the OFF
position, that the battery CB is OFF, and that all
external switches are OFF.
If you have installed a maintenance bypass
switch, verify that it is set to Normal (Off)
If your system uses an external battery box or
boxes, connect it (them) to the UPS now.

batteries
