Assemble Tower
1. Install the increment weight bumper to the bottom plate of the tower frame.
2. Slide increment weight guide rods through the top of the tower frame and down through the clips in the increment
weight. Place increment weight guide rods into holes at the bottom plate of the tower frame.
3. Thread increment weight guide rods into the bottom plate of the tower frame. Tighten using a crescent wrench.
