Step-3
1. Assemble the upper cover (75) to handlebar post（17）.
2. Connect the upper (64) and lower computer cable (65), then fix the handlebar post (17) to the main
frame by bolts (15), flat washer (16) and curved washer (8).
3. Assemble the Water bottle holder （63）to handlebar post（17）by Bolt （62）.
