Probable Cause
• Tool is loose or has failed
• Converter cable connection
is loose or has failed
• Converter has failed
• Power supply or controls
have failed
• Digital controls have failed
• System is not properly
grounded
• Cordset has failed or had
Ground lead removed
• User I/O is not configured
correctly
• customer-provided User I/O
components have failed or
are no longer functioning
• Outputs of User I/O failed
