Deactivating the interior motion sensor
Deactivate the interior motion sensor if
people or animals are to remain in the
locked vehicle. This will prevent false
alarms.
The button is located under the centre con-
sole armrest.
1 Deactivates the interior motion sensor

Remove the key from the ignition lock.
Open the centre console armrest
( page 178).
Press button 1.
Indicator lamp 2 flashes briefly.

The interior motion sensor usually remains
deactivated until you lock the vehicle again.
